Marcus Tarrant - BEc, Masters in Enterprise Innovation (Managing Director)
Marcus has been assisting clients realise the value of innovation for 17 years. He holds a Bachelor of Economics (Monash University) and a Masters in Enterprise Innovation (Swinburne University).
Marcus has held various senior roles with leading consulting firms including: Deloitte Consulting, Lloyd Morgan Consulting, and Offspring Ventures/ipernica Ltd. He has delivered in excess of 200 projects assisting clients better manage and extract value from innovation. Clients have included: DSTO, CSIRO Landgate, Monash University, Starfish Ventures, Austhink Software, Audinate/Nicta, Carnegie Group Ltd, Department of Industry and Resources (WA), Telstra, Vodafone, NAB, Axa Asia Pacific, Brambles, and Speedcure Pty. Ltd.
In additon to consulting to business, Marcus has built and sold several businesses based on the commercial expoitation of technology.

Simon has deep experience in all facets of technology and web based businesses. He has specialised in internet and mobile business building with progressive technologies in expanding markets for over a decade. Combined with a contemporary education Simon is a catalyst for rapid business growth.
Simon has a Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation and a Graduate Diploma in Computer Science and Multimedia.
Prior to commencing with Mission HQ Simon worked in a broad range of industries including telecommunications, education, finance, media and various software based services industries. Simon has created and sold a number of his own businesses and provided M&A services to ASX listed Australian IT and media companies.
Matthew Bowler BBiomedSc, BSc (Hons), LLB (Consultant)
Matthew combines legal and technical qualifications with broad commercial consulting experience across a range of industries. He is currently completing is Masters in IP Law at Melbourne University.
He has a long history of achieving strategic successes in mission critical projects. Creating secondary opportunities incorporating his unique background in legal, intellectual property, commercial dynamics and the newest face of knowledge management, open innovation.
He combines research experience at the Howard Florey Institute with a background in intellectual property law and risk analysis. Together with experience within niche consultancies across medical, corporate and government markets he delivers the encompassing professional services required of commercialising innovation, from extracting the legal rights to defining the appropriate commercial paradigm.
Matthew holds Bachelor of Biomedical Science, Bachelor of Science (Honours) and Bachelor of Law degrees from the University of Melbourne.
He is currently engaged in his Masters of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Melbourne.
